Fantastic service from booking my appointment, to arrival, all taken care of very professionally and safe, which is very reassuring in these times. The equipment was all explained in detail so I knew what was happening and even got to see inside both of my ears on the TV. David then made contact with my Doctor on my behalf, sent them the recording of my ears, which resulted in a prescription ready and waiting at my local pharmacy - the best service ever from my GP - all instigated by the information provided by David. I would highly recommend Discretion Hearing to anyone who is struggling with their hearing, or is being told by their family they can’t hear them! Brilliant.

Dave gives you a personal hearing experience whilst knowledgeable and he will only sell you the right product for your individual hearing loss. We have moved with technology and now enjoy streaming our TV with the latest Starkey Livio Edge AI streaming system. Enjoying box sets via Prime and still incorporating surround sound with our Oled TV direct into your ear. Dave provided us with the best system for his client and for family needs. Nothing was too much trouble. And we even had a Director from Starkey seeing our set up. We would go nowhere else for his knowledge and expertise. Don’t suffer get the best technology and enjoy your life to the full.

David came to see my wife regarding hearing aids, the tests and explanations he gave her were first-class. Everything was exceptional in the way each test was done. Having been to high street shops it was great to have a better experience and absolutely no pressure to purchase a pair of hearing aids. Discretion hearing did my initial hearing test a year ago and supplied hearing aids which have transformed my hearing and work so well that I often forget that I'm wearing them. David has reviewed and updated today and continues to provide excellent ongoing support and advice.
